The production of loader counterweight blocks is not merely a process of melting the metal and then pouring it into molds to form. It also includes the smelting process. The molten metal must meet the specified requirements in terms of temperature and chemical composition. Therefore, in the smelting process of loader counterweight blocks, quality control tests for the purpose of quality management are carried out. The commonly used loading machine sand-mixing equipment includes wheel-type sand-mixing machine, counter-flow type sand-mixing machine, and blade-slot type sand-mixing machine. The latter was revised for mixing chemical hard sand and is characterized by continuous mixing and high speed. The core-making of the loading machine's weight blocks is based on the requirements of the loading machine's weight-mixing process, and is modified in the method of core-making. It is carried out on the basis of preparing the core-making materials.
