The manufacturing process of the cast iron platform for construction machinery includes several steps such as blank casting, base surface processing, surface slotting, heat treatment, surface treatment and inspection, marking, etc. The main contents are as follows: 

The determination of the tools, fixtures and measuring instruments required for each process is carried out. According to the needs, two types of tools, fixtures and measuring instruments are designed and manufactured. 

2. Fill in the process documents. 

3. The selection and determination of the raw material, including the shape, material, hardness and manufacturing method of the raw material. 

4. Select the specific processing methods for the surface of the plate (table), and accurately formulate the content of the processing procedures and the overall process flow. 

5. Specific processing contents, process benchmarks, and process technical requirements for each process. 

6. Determine the machining allowances and process dimensions between each process. 

When formulating the process procedures, one should carefully study the working drawings of the plates. It should be based on the actual processing capacity and technical conditions of the unit, and draw on production experience. The formulated process procedures should meet the quality requirements of the plates and have high production efficiency, in order to achieve the best economic benefits.
